Many people choose a lace front wig to conceal complete hair loss, but if you have any natural hair on your head, you will need to conceal it for the best results. Pull your natural strands away from your hairline. You can secure them with flat clips or pins, if necessary. Use a bit of styling gel or spray to hold natural hair in place. Allow whatever product you choose to dry completely before continuing. 

A wig cap protects a sensitive scalp from chafing due to the wig. It’s not required and is a personal preference. Some people avoid a wig cap because they can be hot and leave your head sweaty.
