Returns
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging as received. Any alterations or damages will be identified by our return department. Items must not be tried on, used, or damaged in any way; otherwise, they will be returned to the customer. Additionally, the wig must be free from any odors or scents.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. The return package must be postmarked within five (5) days of receiving the RMA number.
If "FREE SHIPPING" was selected during the original purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Return Options

Exchange:
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the remaining balance.
- If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be issued as store credit.
- Free shipping does not apply to exchanges.

Refund:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method with no restocking fee.
- Any damage or alterations to returned items will result in an additional fee.

Store Credit:
- Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
- Free shipping does not apply to orders placed using store credit.
- To redeem store credit, please contact us at (714) 228-7400 to place an order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "No Exchange, No Refunds" are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- This policy is stated in your confirmation email and invoice.
Return Request:
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please submit a Return Request within fifteen (15) days of your delivery date.
