Return Policy

To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. The wig must be unused, not tried on, not styled, not damaged, and free of any odors or scents. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item shows any signs of use or damage, it will be sent back to you.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The return package must be postmarked within 5 days after receiving your RMA number.

If your original order included free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

If you return an item and try to reorder the same style and color, the new order will be automatically canceled.


Return Options

1. Exchange

  • If the new item costs more, you must pay the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit.
  • Free shipping does not apply to exchanges.

2. Refund

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • No restocking fee.
  • If the item is damaged or altered, extra fees may apply.

3. Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for one year.
  • Free shipping does not apply to orders using store credit.
  • To use store credit, call (714) 228-7400.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “No Exchange, No Refunds” are final sale and cannot be returned. This is also stated in your confirmation email and invoice.


How to Request a Return (RMA)

You must submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your order. After approval, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.
