“I received my Raquel Welch Portrait Mode/Lace Front & Monofilament Synthetic Wig and loved the color, but on closer inspection I could tell that it was not exactly brand new. I knew on the sales items that it was possible to be an open box and probably already tried on and returned. At this point I also knew that it was not returnable as stated when I purchased it. But I was not expecting what I received. I could tell that the lace on the front had previously been trimmed unevenly. There was also some of the back hair that was matted. I took it to my hairdresser, and she helped out tremendously. She straightened the lace front and trimmed the back. The order said it was an average size, but the cap was way too large and does not fit my head like all of my other average size Raquel Welch wigs do. I know the inspectors that receive the returned items can possibly miss one every once in a while, and can be restocked. I learned my lesson and will pay closer attention on sales items that cannot be returned.”
